To our valued customers, neighbours, and communities:

During this difficult time, the highest priority for Dilawri Group of Companies is the Health and Safety of our community and staff. We also know that you may need to have your vehicle serviced or need to replace your current vehicle with a purchase or lease during this time. For the time being, our dealerships remain open to help serve customers in this situation according to guidance by local government authorities. Our hours of operation may have changed, so please check with your local dealership before visiting.

We will continue to ensure that our staff and customers are kept as safe as possible through the practices outlined below. We will also provide updates on this page as they become available so check back here for the latest information or consult with your local dealership before visiting.

For your protection and ours, we will not be shaking hands when you arrive, but please know that we appreciate your visit as much as we always do.

As an extra precaution, we are taking the following steps to provide a healthy and safe environment for everyone:

Health and Safety Officer

Officers assigned to all dealerships are responsible for reporting and guidance to ensure the best standard of cleanliness and staff health safety practices.

Cleaning Protocol

We have increased the cleaning and sanitization of all high-traffic areas within our dealerships and increased the frequency of these cleaning efforts. In addition, we have professional cleaning services performed nightly.

Customer Hygiene Facilities

At high traffic locations we have provided hand sanitation stations and hand sanitizers at service desks, reception and lounges. Due to a shortage of hand sanitizers we may run out, so we encourage you to bring your own sanitizer. Our restrooms have hand soap available so you can wash your hands, which has been advised by health professionals as one of the best ways to practice safe hygiene. Remember to thoroughly wash your hands often, for at least 20 seconds, whether you are visiting us or at home. Some of our dealerships have gloves to share with our customers but you may want to bring a pair of gloves in case we cannot provide them.

Service Work Preparation

Upon receiving a customer’s vehicle, the steering wheel and seats will be covered wherever possible and our employees wear gloves while working on any vehicle.

Test Drive and Loaner Vehicles

All hard and soft surfaces of our test drive and loaner vehicles are being cleaned, sanitized, vacuumed and wiped down every time they are used. 

Discontinuation of Food Offerings

Due to current COVID-19 situation we are temporarily discontinuing offerings of any food items while you wait for service. Coffee will still be available at most dealerships.

Employee Travel

We are restricting unnecessary business travel by our staff associates. Our staff is also required to advise any type of international personal travel. Any of our employee is required to self-isolate if they have come from any international destination or traveled by plane domestically.

In-store COVID-19 Awareness

With new COVID 19 guidelines in place, masks are now mandatory in all retail spaces and indoor public spaces including elevators. All staff and customers are required to wear masks when in our dealerships.

How to maintain respiratory hygiene, hand washing techniques and additional safety information is communicated through our staff via email and posters throughout our dealerships.
